Introduction:
It is essential that all individuals who aim to become Fire Safety Awareness and Fire Warden Instructors have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively train others in fire safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Fire safety is a critical aspect of workplace safety, and proper training can prevent incidents and save lives. Fire Warden Instructors play a vital role in equipping employees with the knowledge to identify fire risks, implement preventive measures, and respond effectively in the event of a fire.
Employers are required under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Fire Services Act 1981 and 2003 to ensure fire safety measures are in place and employees are trained in fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
